How can I be told i am effected by an outage that with no cause and no resolution tome/date when i do the auto fix, telstra.com/fix but when i check the outages page from telstra i am told there are no outages in my area??
Which is it.
My NBN service has been slow and not worth the amount I pay since i changed.
If this continues I will be changing to someone who can provide a service that I am asked to pay for.
