outage????

How can I be told i am effected by an outage that with no cause and no resolution tome/date when i do the auto fix, telstra.com/fix but when i check the outages page from telstra i am told there are no outages in my area??

 

Which is it.

 

My NBN service has been slow and not worth the amount I pay since i changed.  

 

If this continues I will be changing to someone who can provide a service that I am asked to pay for.

Did you follow through to the end of the troubleshooter and call 1800 834 273 to report the problem and organise for an NBN Co technician to visit?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
