plan usage

when i use 98% of my plan and i still have a week to go till the end of my cycle, can i buy a couple of gygabytes to see me over ? thanks for any help.

Is this on a home broadband?

No, you cannot buy additional data blocks at this point in time, if you haven't done so already though you do get three free data top ups each year, which allows you to get 100% of your data allowance again for the remainder of this billing month.

So if you have a 100GB plan you will get an extra 100GB on your account until the end of the billing cycle. Up to three times per calendar year.

You can request the Top-Up via Telstra MyAccount, LiveChat or by Phone
