Have you performed an isolation test?
Is there any other equipment on the line?
Have you tested another modem?
I know this is of no help but needed to say well at least you get to turn your tbox on. We got the foxtel bundle have not watched it once, the internet dropout is so constant the resetting is just too much bull so we don't bother, no where else in my life do I pay for something I am not getting! We have adsl broadband & they tell us we are lucky the neighbouring suburb does not get internet at all.
If the internet is constantly dropping out, then that indicates an issue. It could be caused by the service itself or a problem with the modem.
