I have followed all the instructions for turning off 101 messages (including dialling 101, then 3, then#). I receive a message saying that it is not a viable option. I have tried many times to turn off this service, but just go round in circles. Even ringing Telstra with this problem, I am directed to the option mentioned above.
Please advise how this service may be turned off on both my home phone and mobile.
