have change my home line from Telstra to anther provider What do i do next  Think i am on contract with telstra

If you change your provider and keep your number the new provider will port the number to them, Telstra will get alerted by the new provider and then Telstra will just send you out a final bill including applicable termination charges for your applicable services.
