Why do Telstra charge for land line service which is dead since last year?
I mean where are their Audit team?

Was this helpful?

@Jeet888 The first thing that comes to my mind is have you done anything about getting it looked at?

And if its part of a broadband bundle then the actual landline doesn't incur a fee anyway, only the calls do.

Re: Charged for no service

Yes they have been called 29 times and twice engineer have a look yet it is still dead.
With regards to payment they said they have to charge me but given me 15$ waive off.
Really like 120$ plus for landline never used.
Thanks mate.

Re: Charged for no service

Is it an NBN service or an old style phone service?
