I first contacted Telstra on Monday 30 December to organise a move of telephone and internet for my aged parents. I have now had two appointments for their new service to be connected and noone from Telstra showed up on either occasion. I have spent more than 4 hours on the phone with various consultants and i am about to explode with anger. I have spoken to the complaints section and lodged a complaint and the complaints person promised to call me back on Saturday and didn't. She also sent me a text confirming the appointment for this morning. I am soo sooo frustrated and seriously at wits end!
