Connecting T-Voice to Telstra Smart Modem

I’ve successfully connected my new Telstra smart modem Gen 2 but cannot get my Telstra TV voice 503 to connect. It has registered but no dial tone, can’t make or receive calls

Is the phone light on the back of the modem green?
