Divert remotely

Answered
Years ago I could divert my home phone remotely. Now it seems I can’t.

For example, when we go out and forget to divert the home phone to the mobile. Or when I am the victim of a scheduled or non-scheduled interruption to my NBN service.

Why can’t I simply use my mobile to divert my home phone to my mobile when this becomes necessary without all the rigmarole of trying to get onto Telstra to do it for me and then later having to try again to get onto them to un-divert.?

Re: Divert remotely

The Remote Access feature was removed from sale to new customers on the 11th May 2018 and the feature was discontinued on the 1st September 2018.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
