Easy Control 202 Cordless Phones - Voicemail Icon

Hi Everyone.

This is my first post.Hope someone can solve my problem.

The voicemail icon has disappeared from the screen of the handset.

The only way I know a voicemail has been received is by dialing 101. The icon

which flashes for unread voicemail and is steady for read voicemails has suddenly failed to appear.

I don't know if I have somehow deactivated this feature or what.

The phones were purchased from Telstra in October 2018 when we ungraded to NBN with Telstra.

Thanks for any assistance

Hi Redbaron, 

 

Sorry to hear of the voicemail icon not working correctly. If turning off the handset and then back on doesn't fix this, please contact our fault team on 132 203 and we check on if the handset has a fault and how to get the voicemail icon fixed for you.
