My Telstra Gateway 5355 recently went "off line" and when I rebooted it my Guardian 301 won't work, shows Line Cord Error. Turned off the 301 and checked the batteries, they were OK. Waited 15 minutes, replaced batteries and reconnected the 301 but still no go. Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the phone cable between the modem and the Guardian phone? Is the phone connected into the #1 green port on the back of your modem?
