My Telstra Gateway 5355 recently went "off line" and when I rebooted it my Guardian 301 won't work, shows Line Cord Error. Turned off the 301 and checked the batteries, they were OK. Waited 15 minutes, replaced batteries and reconnected the 301 but still no go. Any ideas?
The phone is connected to the green port on the modem and it has worked for several months prior to the outage. I have tried a new cable and a new phone with no success so I think it might be the modem. Thank you anyway.
