What happened to the WEB based changes to the home phone add-ons? The button is NO longer there.

If you hear a long continuous tone on your home phone, you will need to remove the diversion using the codes listed in this link. It all depends on what type of diversion you have enabled.
Other than contacting Tech Support, I am not aware of any other way to remotely activate or deactivate diversions on residential phone services.
