Hi guys, we have recently had our home phone line and nbn set up through the new Telstra smart modem gen 2. But since then we have decided not to use the smart modem and go back to using the netgear modem we had before. The internet works fine but now we can’t get the phone working. Telstra says we can only have the phone working through the smart modem. But they also gave us the choice in what modem we use... so can we have the phone working another way or does Telstra need to fix things on their end? Thanks
