I reported a fault to Telstra yesterday afternoon, and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who informed me there was an issue with my line and the expected fix date is 5th March. I do not recall if he gave any reason as to what the problem is, but do not wish to ring again as due to hearing impairments I have great difficulty understanding anyone with an accent ( even a native person from England speaking english - it's just accents I find hard to hear and understand what they are saying.)
The "Chat with us now" links are broken as nothing happens when I click on it regardless of what page of this site I am on.
How can I find out what the problem is and why is it going to take 8-9 days to fix??
