Home phone on NBN

Nightmare! Not receiving calls after shift to nbn. Received them for three weeks then nothing. Called help line .. not able to help .. passed me on to higher authority. Is this a business or what . I am devastated. Surely this can be fixed.

Sorry to hear, AMH2. I'm confident it can be resolved. You were passed on to a higher authority, were they able to schedule a technician visit, shed any more light on the exact nature of the problem, or supply an 'SR' reference number at all? - Matthew.

Thank you Matthew. The investigation is still on going. I have an INC ref no. Telstra told me they would phone me after midday Fri 9Nov. I hope the issue can then be resolved.
