How To Manage Unwelcome Calls

We operate a specialist centre to assist you if you're receiving unwanted phone calls. Our staff are trained to deal with everything from basic advice, to liaising with the police on call tracing. They will help you come up with positive actions to solve your problem.
 
You can lodge an unwelcome or nuisance call complaint using our online enquiry form.
 
If you'd like to discuss this over the phone, please contact us. If you have received a life threatening call, please contact the police immediately by calling 000.
 
You can also join the Do Not Call Register, which allows individuals to register their fixed or mobile telephone numbers to help prevent unsolicited telemarketing calls being made to their household.
