I have spent 1hour and 45 mins in 2 separate phone calls today on my mobile to try and register a home phone with no dial tone and have given up in disgust. What a waste of my life.
Is there any other way to notify Telstra of a home phone fault. All the web pages I tried directed me to make a call. Clearly this approach ain't working.
Any recomendations for another service provider - with decent service ?
