Hi here, Is Kenmore 4069 under maintiance for nbn and homeline? it was not working since 19 Sep. I've made 5 calls to support every time an new person asking same questions and trouble shooting authorized person has to be around the devices, time wasting, without any solution or updates. what's going on? Can Telstra refund and be proactive informing users if this is confirmed causing by location outrage or events?

The new status page http://outages.telstra.com allows you to search for your service address for outages rather than simply the suburb.
If there is no outage listed, you need to report an outage for your service on the NBN, please call 1800 834 273.
You might like to try some troubleshooting before calling in and the following link will provide you with a reference number to give to the consultant once completed. http://telstra.com.au/fix
