Problem for old lady neighbour. Any calls made to her phone number (she has NBN) goes straight to messagebank . The caller hears "You have called the messagebank of XXXXX" - her phone does not ring at all so she does not know she has been called. HELP!! please.
Is the phone plugged into the phone socket on the modem?
Is the green Phone LED solid or flashing?
I recommend you try a different phone.
Has the phone previously worked?
If trying a different phone does not resolve it.. you'll need to ring Telstra NBN technical support on
1800 834 273.
In add.....Messagebank is a default for NBN phones so you'll also need to have it disabled by Telstra.
If I have helped you, a "Like" would be appreciated.
