Recently connected to nbn with Telstra gateway modem. Last day or so, all incoming calls going straight to voice mail. Outgoing calls still ok. We did have notice of a couple of service interruptions over last week or so, if that could possibly have caused this?
is it simply a case of needing to un plug modem and then reconnect to reset?
I recommend unplugging and restarting the modem as this can usually fix the issue. If not, please try our troubleshooting tool here: https://tel.st/nnnk2 The troubleshoot tool will run some tests specific to your line and if a fault is found it'll try to automatically resolve it - if not you'll be provided with a fault reference number for further investigation.
