Long Range 12750 Dect360 Cordless Phone being reset

We receive what appears to be a call centre generated call which we usually ignore or pick up and hang up immediately as there is never anybody there.  When  the call has been cancelled the date on our 12750  has been reset to 01/01/16 .

The time also is reset.

Can anybody tell us why and more importantly how to stop it happening?

The best way to get assistance with the handset is via the manufacturer.

 

V-Tech Telecommunications Australia – 1300 369 193


•    V-Tech Operating Hours are: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. 
•    Customers calling outside these hours will hear an after hours closed message 
•    V-Tech is also closed on national Public Holidays as well as the week between Christmas and New Year (from 25/12/2014 and then reopens on 2/01/2015). 
•    Customers can email enquiries to: tcpsupport_au@vtech.com
