Multiple Phone extensions in house using the same No.

I recently had NBN connected and plugged one phone into the Gateway supplied and it worked OK. I have 4 other phone points over two levels in my house which are wired back to the external Telstra box on the building wall. After the NBN was installed none of these worked. How can I get them to work using the existing concealed wiring system? without installing additional wiring. Is there a type of junction box system that can plug into the NBN works via the Telstra Gateway modem to make the other phones work ?.Woody 37

Hi Woody37,

Thanks for contacting us about your other phone points for NBN. You would need to look into an electrician to connect the other points. Or we can check on a tech visit here  http://tel.st/gq6m and check on possible cost for the work requested.
