New phone/internet connection and I've been given wrong email address

to email my documents to.  I confirmed the email address with the consultant and he spelt it out with bravo etc ...so I sent my personal id documents with proof of address only to get a reply 'wrong email'.  It's obviously someone's personal email address.  It was a telstra.com address and it defaulted to bigpond.

 

Does anyone know the proper email address my documents should be going to?  I really don't have the patience to get on the phone for god knows how long again after 2 nights of doing that just to organise the connection this week.

P.S. If that bounces for any reason, just try

pod@team.telstra.com

The first one should work as it is what has been posted by mods in the past, but I know a lot of their emails do have the team.telstra, so first one failing you have a backup.
