No Dial Tone in home phone and says Check Phone Line

kindly help us, the phone has no dial tone and crackiling when i pick up after the ring and no voice . we try outgoing call still the same problem. Thank you

Sorry to read your trouble!

 

You'll be required to contact Telstra directly as by the sounds it's a physical line error which can't be fixed by Crowd Support.
