Phone line connections

I thought it was Telstra's responsibility to connect my run in at the house and the pit and supply the grey box, is this not the case?

Hello @confused68 Welcome to CrowdSupport! 

 

 It sounds like you're referring to the installation of a new Telstra landline service from the street to the house. I can advise that customers first need to arrange the lead-in, including trenching, from property boarder to the house. Once the prerequisite work is completed Telstra can then install the box and first outlet in the house and activate your line. Our Residential Pre-Provisioning team can help you with further information 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Friday on 1800 895 319 to get you started.
