Line fault reported to Telstra on 7 Jan. Technician booked for repair on 14 Jan. A whole week waiting. Technician arrived as planned but did NOT have authorisation to carry out repair. After several calls to Telstra new technician booked for another visit in another 8 days time. So over 2 weeks without Telstra phone or broadband. When speaking to agent asked to talk to a supervisor. Yes sir, supervisor currently on another call. Will call you back in an hour. Has now been nearly 4 hours. No call back. This is in Sydney. What must Telstra service be like in rural and regional Australia?
