Received phone call from Indian sounding person trying to tell me he was changing me to unlimited broadband unlimited upload/download etc at a certain speed I told him I was not with prism I'm a Telstra customer he said they were a part of Telstra I didn't believe him so another guy took over the call same line no transfer like he was listening the whole time just sounded so dodgy I hung up on them after all they'd phone 4 times In an hour so I figured if they were legit they'd call back never did 83707019 was the number

No Prism is a seperate ISP. They have in the past done the same sort of things even though when they do it is clearly intended to be deceptive. Usually if they don't think they have a bite they will just drop you and move onto trying to convince the next person... sadly it works a lot.
