Removing a mobile from bundle

how can i remove my mobile bill from the home bundle? my wife and i are seperating, and i need to remove my mobile phone plan bill from our bundle that also contains our internet, home phone and tbox. the mobile was only recently added to the existing bundle. thanks.

Your mobile service is not actually part of the Bundle. What you have there is simply a Bundle and a mobile service in a Single Bill arrangement.

 

Right now, the legal lessee of ‘your’ mobile service is the account holder of the Single Bill account. If that is not you, then you and the account holder needs to complete and submit Change of Ownership: Consumer to Consumer Transfer Request form, so that you can become the legal lessee of your mobile service. On the other hand, if you are the current account holder, then you may want to be transferring the Bundle to your wife as the new legal lessee.

 

Either way, this should implicitly split the mobile service and the Bundle into separate billing accounts.
