T voice 503

Trying to pair t voice 503 to Telstra gen 2 modem (nbn) for the first instance. Asking for pin #. Last 4 digits of my home phone number and other obvious ones such as 0000 don’t work. Any ideas where I get that initial pin from

Normally, the 4 digit pin should be the last 4 digits of your phone number. If in that case, it didn't work, you may call the Technical Team at 1800 834 273. Ask them for the pin.

It's the DECT pin, not the messagebank one.

Do you know what version of the gen 2 you're using? PIN will be in the advanced menu of the modem's GUI under telephony
