Technical support - faults

we've had the service moved to a new address, but no dial tone - Can anyone confirm if the Telstra faults number 132203 is 7 days?

YES IT IS!  I have been on it a number of times this morning - tried to call on wife's mobile but wouldn'r connect. Got through on mine. However you end up going around in circles unless you pick - speak to a consultant early on in the process with the automated voice! - there was a wait of OVER 20mins!  BTW my wie's moble needed rebooting before she could use it again!
