I scheduled a technician to attend on 17 December, they no showed. I have one scheduled for today (2 January). It's just after 1PM and I have had no contact .... I'm assuming he won't show also. I'm on hold on the phone for the past 33 minutes .... trying to confirm he will show. The online booking system shows that he will be here, but I doubt it.
Anyone have similar experiences?
