Level 7: Deputy Inspector

Telstra MessageBank



So I have been using my mobile phone so I can get notified when I receive new messages on my home phone message bank. The problem is, I have just changed providers and now I can't stop receiving the messages. My mobile and home phone are both on the new provider now.


What do I do?

I am not a Telstra employee, so all opinions are my own, I have been around Telstra telecommunications equipment a long time and have a reasonably strong knowledge in this area.

How frustrating.  If your services have been closed off with Telstra, then this would be an issue you would need to take up with your new Provider. 


If the Telstra services are inactive, so would be any diversion that was in place.
