Telstra Velocity

FetchTV is coming up with the message it is not connected to the internet. Free to air is working as are the computers and phone. We have had it connected for 2 years, so it is not a set up problem. I tried Telstras 24/7 tech support line after waiting 135 minutes I was told I've dialled the wrong number and I have to wait till Monday. I'm so over Telstra. I've just paid last months bill of $235. How important is this to them.

I am sorry you did not receive the message that the centre does not work on the weekends earlier.

 

They will be able to address this when they are open

And have to wait another 2 hours out of a week day.

At least on the week-end we aren't working.

Maybe they can call us aftern 3.30pm
