If you are not on the NBN then you need to give 132203 a call to get it checked out.

If on NBN, try restarting the modem and if that doesn't work fine 1800 834 273 a call.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
