Since Telstra outsourced its call centres overseas, it is impossible to get any reasonable customer service from this company. These call centres have access to all your private information and are probably being paid extra from marketing agents to harass you with telemarketing and scam calls. They are also well aware if you have an unlisted number and are on the Do Not Call Register in Australia. They can target you from an overseas call centre where these laws do not apply. How convenient that you become a target from the same call centre that cannot block unwanted calls. This is a threat to an individuals privacy and a risk to National Security. TELSTRA should be ashamed of itself for stooping to this low level in order to make money and this disgusting Government is completely out of touch with how this country has gone backwards compared to the rest of the world. We can now be classified as a TIN-POT 3RD WORLD BACKWATER.

They are the same responses I have received from Telstra.
ALL TALK, NO ACTION.
This is a form of harassment that customers have no control over, and as it seems, the people providing a service have no control over either.
Times up for Telstra when my "contract" expires.
Harassing scam calls,
Lack of Service,
Lack of English comprehension.
Can't complain about the service - THERE ISNT ANY.
Why should I be paying for something that I'm not getting.
