I have home messages 101 on my business landline and I’ve call forwarded to my home landline number. From the home landline number I can’t retrieve messages from message bank. Any ideas?

Since connecting my Mum to the NBN a year ago her landline doesn’t give an engaged signal if anyone calls her and she’s on another call - it doesn’t ring either - it just cancels the call.  Can I change this ?

Whenever you call Telstra about an issue, make sure to ask for the agent's full name, the office they are located in, and their D-number. This will ensure that you get details of the person you are dealing with should an issue arise.
