calls

My home phone line will not accept calls or make calls. call go straight to message bank. Any suggestion? I am travelling and cant contact elderly father at home.

Any faults should be reported by calling 132203 (or 1800 834 273 if your service is on NBN) where our consultants will be able to access the service details and test further.
