I have just switched my plan from TPG to Telstra along with my home phone line service. But I just find that I could not make any international phone calls although I clearly remember I have a bundle including discounted international rate.
Every time I dial the number (0011+country code+ phone number), I can get "the number you dialled cannot be reached, please try again later".
