i have requested to change my landline from optus to telstra as i packaged this as part of broadband in the area.
Telstra have not given me the same landline number and i rang optus and they referred me to a site which was no help .
i rang telstra and they just referred me back to optus i just want to keep my same land line number as we have ageing parents that need to stay in touch
help ?
