noise on phoneline and no dial tone but adsl works

Hi, I lost my connection on the 31.7.16,report it on the 1.8.16 and been told,it will be fixed by the 10.8.16.

I am pretty sure it is only water in the pitt.Why does it take so long,? Where can I complain about it.

Waiting on a fault to repaired is always inconvenient, I'm sorry it's taking so long, I can see how that would be frustrating.

Please know that we aim to have all faults fixed in the quickest time possible, being that it's such a long delay there could be a could be numerous legitimate reasons for the delay. Things like, needing special parts, or a particular workforce, even asbestos in the pit.
