Huawei p30 pro

I order the Huawei p30 pro on the 26th of April on a medium plan, receive an email saying my order was cancelled and then didn't really worry after that.
Received an email on the 14th May with information about my plan, along with my new mobile number.
Can someone please help me?
My order reference number is sbs9879276. Every time I track my order it says it's being delivered but I can't find any other information about when.
I want to know (if my order hasnt been cancelled) why it has taken 3 weeks?

Unfortunately this is a public forum, so no one here has access to look into the order for you.

Typically the phone would arrive within 1-3 days. Often next day in metro areas.

Typically it would be delayed if it was backordered, but, you should have receive an email to say it was back ordered not cancelled.
