I bought a new smartphone Tuesday approx 3pm & I've been waiting since for Telstra to transfer my cell number from my old flip phone to the new one. Today is Saturday 9.20am, I was promised 24 hours to do it !!!
Good Guys in Bundaberg QLD have been trying every day & have been fobbed off each time. There are other servers.
