Anyone know why when watching Telstra TV movies the picture on my LC smart TV is so blurry at time you can’t even make out the picture??? Does the tv box download the movie first and then play or just run straight from the internet???

Hi, I have logged in to Telstra box office, and it will let we watch trailers but isn’t giving me the option to rent or buy. I tried it on a  few different movies. I have $80 credit to use, so payment isn’t the problem. Please help.
