Anyone know why when watching Telstra TV movies the picture on my LC smart TV is so blurry at time you can’t even make out the picture??? Does the tv box download the movie first and then play or just run straight from the internet???

So LTE is enabled and simcard is compatable ( it works on my galaxy j1). I have used telstra chat support, google searches etc... Can anyone help ?
