4G USB Modem not being detected

Hello, my 4G Wireless modem was working fine for a while. Now when I turn it on, it shows full coverage, gets the blue flashing light, but it does not detect any devices. And my Mac, iPhone and Samsung Tablet do not even see the Modem in the list of available wirelss networks, or when they do, it says "Not in Range" (even when the modem is right beside it). But they previously all connected to it fine. is this an issue of a faulty modem?

Re: 4G USB Modem not being detected

It is definitely possible it is a fault with the modem, or it may be a setting issue. I will ask one of my tech specialists to stop by when they are back at work on Monday to follow this up for you. If you would prefer not to wait you can give our tech support team a call on 133933 24x7
