4G usb modem

2 weeks ago my modem just stopped working. When plugged in it will not open bigpond manager automatically. I manually open the manager and it reads 'unable to detect any device'..??

Any suggestions? ?

Hi

 

Ok, remove the device and reboot.. uninstall the bigpond software and reboot

 

Now.. Download the latest version from here:

 

http://go.telstra.com.au/helpandsupport/-/bigpond-mobile-broadband-connection-manager

 

Install software and reboot.. Then insert device and wait for detection.. this could take a few minutes.. be patient!
