4GX WiFi Pro - data usage not showing on screen or webpage
Purchased a Telstra 4GX WiFi Pro prepaid package.
No data usage displayed, has said "data usage info unavailable at this time" , been like that since I purchased the device last month
Current version Software version: 21.235.01.00.302 Web UI version: 21.100.19.00.302 Does anyone know how to fix this stuff? fixes? Seems to be plenty of questions on the internet but no answers Have reset device, reset and pulled battery. thanks Stee
Hello have you checked for software updates? If you bought it from a Telstra store...you could show it to them. Have you recharged it?.. that may correct the glitch in what I guess to be a billing type software issue.???? Thank you
