4GX WiFi Pro - data usage not showing on screen or webpage

Purchased a Telstra 4GX WiFi Pro prepaid package.

No data usage displayed, has said "data usage info unavailable at this time" , been like that since I purchased the device last month

Does anyone know how to fix this stuff? fixes? Seems to be plenty of questions on the internet but no answers
Have reset device, reset and pulled battery.

Hello have you checked for software updates? If you bought it from a Telstra could show it to them. Have you recharged it?.. that may correct the glitch in what I guess to be a billing type software issue.????
