Old news. Anybody who reads the tech section has known about that for ages.
Personally, I'm quite happy with the 70-250Mbps that I get on my 4G. I don't really have a need for 5G.
We even manage with 2 teenagers at home on an almost 30Mbps FTTN connection. 3 streaming services running at once (and online games going at the same time), and me trying to do work with all the noise that that generates.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
