Hi I’m Nathan, I purchased a 4g pocket wifi lite and activated it online but have never received a email or sms saying it’s activated, just wondering what I didn’t do correctly thanks

Sorry for the trouble activating your 4G Wi-Fi device and normally this should complete within a few hours, 24 max. if this hasn't happened, then I would recommend chatting with our team on and they can check on this for you.
