Adding a new pre-paid device to an existing My Account

I am trying to add a new mobile broadband number to my account (which has 10 numbers) and the account number has to be 13 numbers.  What do I do?

The new prepaid mobile does indeed have its own 13 digit account number attached to it, you can find out the required number  by talking to the Telstra PrePaid Team, once you have that you'll have no problems entering it all into my account: Go to the following link, or give the Telstra Prepaid Or My Account team call directly on 132200
