The new prepaid mobile does indeed have its own 13 digit account number attached to it, you can find out the required number by talking to the Telstra PrePaid Team, once you have that you'll have no problems entering it all into my account: Go to the following link, or give the Telstra Prepaid Or My Account team call directly on 132200
