Advanced 2

Answered
I have recently got a Advance Pro 2 wifi modem. I got my old Advance repalaced yesterday for what appears to be the same problem. A yellow message says "mobile broadband disconnected your data connection is disconnected". Then it tries to connect to Telstra network "connecting" then says Telstra then the cycle starts again. Im struggling to work it out
Cheers
Bonnie

Re: Advanced 2

If you connect the modem to a device, got to http://10.0.0.138 on that device, then go to broadband settings and just check that the username and password are yours and not the default "newuser1', particularly if a store sets it up they can be good at not really setting them up right (in my person experience)

Good morning Bonnie,

I am sorry as I  have not used that modem.

Unless another of our team give an answer .....    if your problem remains unresolved,    I suggest you ring Telstra technical support on 132200. Thanks

Re: Advanced 2

Mate how do i do that. In the log in its the 'm" as user name and a pretty stock standard password. Is it possible to screen shot and upload so i can show you the screen?
